Freddy E. Arteaga, Principal

Freddy E Arteaga, Principal, is a registered
Professional Engineer with over 40 years experience as
a Hydrologist//Engineer (31 years with the US Geological
Survey). He is the individual ultimately responsible for all
design and construction document activities. All projects
receive his direct attention and design involvement. The
firm also provides technical/expert witness support to
legal firms, with paralegal support staff available. He has
presented local issues before US Congressmen and
local representatives. In Arizona, he has served as the
Gila County Engineer, Town of Guadalupe Engineer and
Hydrologist for the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC)

Expertise - We work in the disciplines we know best and
are recognized experts in those areas. We will refer
potential clients to other consultants if the work is not in
those disciplines.
